In 2023, Keith and Linda’s son, Doug Hughes, took the reins as the head of Hughes Building Company, after nearly 20 years of hands-on experience with the business. Having joined the company in 2015 as General Manager, Doug brought a fresh perspective, modern techniques, and a deep dedication to continuing his family’s legacy. Under Doug’s leadership, HBC continues to thrive, blending the experience and values passed down from Keith with innovative approaches that enhance the custom home-building process.
